This year we celebrated Father's Day in town at Pa and Little Nannie's. Randy and Kathy were in from Georgia. I had to work that night so I couldn't get near as much footage as I would have liked. The date on the video is the actual date of Father's Day, though we celebrated the day before. Music by The Civil Wars.
Bonnaroo 2011: Thursday
Going to be keeping you posted as often as I can. Check back here every morning for a recap of the last days news and views!
Thursday got off to a slow and hot start. The first few hours were sparse crowds and new smells. Hayes Carll got the ball rolling with his welcoming country stomp. Wavves and Freelance Whales kept the attention of many listeners. The crowds started rolling in a bit before the Best Coast show where unfortunately I got struck with a killer migraine and unexpectedly had to end my night. Got some good ones lined up tomorrow!
